Selected flat in a Ready to Move appt. (Year 2016), what will be the impact of GST / RERA on price of land and legal documentation work. Bifurcation of approx. cost for legal documents will be appreciable.
It will depend upon the state law as still stamp duty is collected by State Government respectively
Now RERA will not affect your cost as such more liability will be of the developer but it may increase maintenance charges
GST will decrease property value up to 2-3 % only
