Wife not coming back from her maternal home what can i do.

meri biwi apne mayke gayi hai 1 month ho gaya hai .shadi ke 2 machine bad SAS se mera zagda ho gaya hai to muze SAS ke ghar Jana accha nahi lagta merit biwi jid kar rahi hai ki aap muze lene aao per mai waha usko lene nahi ja raha hu mera kahana hai tum apne bahi ke sath as jao per WO man nahi rahi hai to is matter me mera wife se zgda ho gaya hai to isme ladki wale mere per kuch claim kar sakte hai Kay ?

We will have to file Restitution of conjugal rights, where in court directs her to join husbands home, and if she does not obey the courts order, we can go for Divorce. But first you decide whether you want to take her back and if she does not turn up, are you ready to go for divorce
