Wife left home by beating my parent and brothers

My wife left my parental home and beat my parent and brothers and brother's wife.. And took my 14 years old son forcefully And complained against my parent at her parent location in mahila thana....
We made complained against my wife and their family...
As you have mentioned in your comment, on the basis of the above facts, you can file a divorce petition on the basis of legal provisions of Section 13(1) of Hindu Marriage Act on the grounds of mental cruelty and separation for more than 1 year.
