WIfe frequently takes the child and leaves house without informing

Wife leaves frequently out of my house without any information.Her father is suffering from cancer.But patient's wife is doctor and rich enough to take care with a nurse or an attendentant.But my wife goes everyweekends ,or monthly 10days along with child.The child is 3 years and child's education,circumstances,health gets spoiled. Cancer patient is a lawyer.We advised,councelled throgh friends,relations,not bothered.Wife is also employed.Child suffers and get into health problems frequently because of travels,change in locations. My parents are taking care of the child.But on week ends child is away from me.Also my wife is a depressed case,having hormone problems.Violently reacts and the girl baby mental balance gets disturbed.Iam tolerating.But now the schooling of my daughter is at stake.We have to attend school interviews for admissions.Even for this wife is not cooperating.Or there is no sign of taking care by herself.ie.wife.
