Wife Filed FIR In Section BNS 91/313Ipc

My wife has filled an FIR in BNS 91/313IPC & she has produced a doctor consult letter to IO.. where it mentioned that husband & wife came to consult about abortion & process is also mentioned there.. & doctor is also agreed this in her statement to IO.. nd it's true that she took the medicine of abortion 7months back.. but there is no Ultrasound or medical report only that Doctor consult letter she has... now IO telling me that he have to arrest me in this scenario after just filing the chargesheet.. will Ghaziabad court issue the warrant to police to arrest me in this scenario after just filling the chargesheet.. please help me..
