Dear enquirer
First of all you should know your rights as a wife
Secondly you should not be afraid of divorce
On which grounds he will file for divorce just because that you don't want to go to Bihar.
No case can be filed in supreme court directly. He is just trying to manipulate you emotionally.
You can file a case of dowry harassment or domestic violence

Supreme court me koi case nahi dal sakta. agar wife nahi rehna chahti hai to wo kahi bhi reh skti hai apne mann se. Agar husband pareshan kr rha hai toh police me complaint krdo. woman cell me bhi complaint krdo fir theek ho jaega.

Dear Querist,

is case mai supreme court nhi jaasakte hain. patni divorce nhi chahti toh wo DV complaint dal sakte mahila court ke samne aayega aur jo bhi hua uske badle mai pati ko paise dena padega. ya mediation dwara samjotha bhi hosakta hai ki pati dobara aise maar pith na karen.
