What to do when husband refuses to give property belonging to wife?

if husband denies to give away the wifesproperty what action can be taken against him
The facts provided by you are very limited. Accordingly, the opinion will be a short one.
Whatever property the wife brings after the marriage or whatever is gifted to her in the marriage becomes her streedhan.
The women will have exclusive right on her streedhan.
The wife can make a criminal complaint against him u/s 406 of the Indian Penal Code. Alternatively, if there are divorce proceedings going on, an application/petition in that respect can be made to the family court/civil judge.
