what is time limit to close Missing Person FIR

Actually My aunt was missing (Missing since 23rd May 2017 and Found on 28th May 2017). She was found 5 days later at her village. But before that I have registered a FIR with Police. So to close the FIR I was asked to produce a photograph of my aunt her village with her family. So I submitted the application of closure of FIR and also photograph of my aunt with her husband with date and time on photograph. Police accepted my application of closure and also the photograph. I submitted the photograph today. I want to know how much time generally it takes to close the missing person FIR. And also whether will I be intimated for the closure of FIR. Please advice me.
the Police shall file a closure report in the court and the court shall order for closure in the matter, once the orders are out the FIR shall be closed. it usually does not take long time depending from court to court or police department to move the closure application.
