What is the legality of arya samaj marriage

sir i am a Hindu girl married to a Hindu boy at aryasamaj without informing family last year in december now boy is saying his family will not except me so he will marry somewhere else if family forces without giving divorce to me wat legal action i can take in such case what charges can be applied ???? pls reply
Marriage performed in Aarya samaj mandir is also stands legal. You might have photographs witnesses and also the certificate issued by that mandir , entails your bonafide. If you have stayed with that boy itself amounts to commitment of marriage post and after. So now it's not you to worry rather that boy should be worried denying marraige. You have not only valid marraaige certificate but also ample of legal remedies available in law.

Marriages performed at Arya Samaj Mandir are valid in the eyes of Law.
Certificate issued by the Arya Samaj Mandir and record at the Arya Samaj Mandir are proofs of your marriage.
You can take these legal actions against him:-
1. File a Police complaint under Section 494 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 for bigamy.
2. Inform his second so-called wife about your first marriage with him and advise her to file Police complaint against him under Section 495 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
(In both the steps above, he will be prosecuted and on conviction will be punished with imprisonments.)
3. File a petition for getting maintenance under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
4. File a petition for getting maintenance under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.

You will always be his legally wedded wife, even if he marries second time. Because according to Law, his second marriage will be void ab initio.
