what are the legal rights for inter-caste marriage?

Sir my age is 25 and her age is 19 I am Hindu boy and she is muslim. We both love each other .we took decision of marriage and we go to marriage register office bt parents saprated us by taking both police station .and but we want still marry each other police said if u contact that girl we can file case against you .we both wants marry at this stage .she message me daily.she strongly on my side still.but my question is can police file case against me if I marry with her.because before back I am said I don't want to marry with her because of my family pressure .but now I want to marry with her .I can't change now. She wants only me ..suggest me it is risky to marriage with her .her father take action against me by law .her father ready to marry but my father is not ready .Plesase guide me I am govt servant now .I can take her responsiblty properly. And can her father change my religion.if I married with her
