What action can be taken my boyfriend refused to accept me

I am 20 years old and pregnant.. My bf refused to accept me and even says the child does not belong to him though i can prove him wrong. There is no such thing like promise to marriage but now i want him to take responsibility of me.. What step can i take against him?

By your statement, it is presumed that physical relation between both of you was out of free choice and not forced or made on false promise of marriage. Now as you have become pregnant, so the child would be an illegitimate child. Under the circumstances, you can only claim amount of maintenance of the child from him and the child only can claim fatherhood from him, if you are able to prove the same by DNA test or otherwise. You can claim anything from him as you are not his legally wedded wife nor there is presumption of the same.

you can charge him with rape, though, it may end up your relationship, if FIR lodged against him, he may marry you under pressure of Police but how long such relationship will last, hard to say. for further information/clarification call/mail me.
