Wants to runaway from the house parents died guardians torturing

Mera nam and me ek student hu meri ek girl friend h jiske parents ki death ho gyi aur vo apne nani mama ke sath rhti h aur uske family wale use bhut jyada presan kr rhe h aur vo ghr se bhagna chahti aur meri help mang rhi h so plz mujhe advice dijiye ki me uski ghr se bhagne me help kru aur ham dono ko koi problems na ho kisi ligal case ko leker i need consulting about it plz help me
If girl is adult i.e above 18 yr than she can file a complain against their guardians for tourchering her and claim to leave alone as she was adult ..and another option is that get married inspite of running ...as she was adult so nobody stop to live her life as she want

What is your age and what is her age. Please clarify that first. Also let us know how long is your relationship with her, and whether she really wants to go with you. If you take her with you, and then she files a complaint against you then that can be a problem. She should be a major.
