Wanted to challenge the transfer on medical grounds

Sir, I am working in ARIES Nainital an autonomous body under Department of Sciences and Technology and wants to challenge the transfer order on medical grounds as our competent authority is over looking my and my wife health conditions despite of submitting medical report from impaneled hospital and are forcing to join the new posting and I have 2 small children's as.well whose age is 1 and 3 .5yrs the transfer site is a remote site with no basic facilities please help
Yes, you can challange it your transfer by writing a letter to the Superiors in your company requesting them to stop your transfer in case they do not agree then you may approach the appropriate Court. (Only in case it is a govt. Organization)

I need your service rule book and transfer policy so that i can see the grounds on which you transfer order can be challenged.
