Want to take action on my father for stealing my valuable asset

if a man stole anithing valuable from us , without our permision , if itis our father can we take action?
Legally, yes, you may file a criminal complaint against any person stealing your valuable asset. However, as he happens to be your father, you may have to think twice before initiating any such action, in the overall interest of your family.

Tell your father not to indulge in stealing. Having said that you have to support your father or otherwise your father can sue you for maintenance. it is a pious obligation for any son to support his parent that too when they are in old age.
