Want to get separated from parents what should I do?

I'm 19years old. I have step father who ill treats me. My mom doesn't care or support my views and ideas. She also ignore me bcoz shez busy in her work. From my childhood I'm studying in hostel nearly 1st std. Now I want to get separated from my parents. What r the legal issues I can follow calmly and tactic manner?
You are a major and you do not require any document which must state about your seperation. However if you are unable to maintain your self you can calim maintence from your parents untill you are married or self sufficeient under 125 CRPC
