If police refuse to take your complaint , meet the Senior Inspector of the police station , or you can write your complaint and send it to the concerned police station & mark a copy to the commissioner , by RPAD ( Registered post aknowledgement due)from the post office . Secondly you can file divorce under cruelty and maintenance and alimony will depend on whether you are earning etc. You can contact me for further detailed advice.

first make application to police station and took one copy of the same. make all things in your application so that they have to take action on that. and if they denied to take your application then go the SP and told them the all things. and you are liable to get your all things

hi i have been through your query and i think that you can file for divorce under sec 13 1ia under Hindu Marraige and divorce act or if you want to settle for mutual consent you can file divorce under 13 b of Hindu marraige and divorce act!
