Unable to pay loan amount now bank deducting installment from account

My daughter had a loan from canarabank for m.b.a education loan.2007 I was working in the same bank and I took retirement in 2001.due to medical reasons. my daughter could get a job and anble to repay the loan but now days the bank is recovering the instalment of loan amount from my pension account.as I am having diabetis and heart problem.it is not possible to mentend my regular requirements of survival.and also I had angioplasty last yr and got some medical insurance claim out of which half the amount the bank have debited to my pension my account I am getting pension from the same branch.and since last few month bank is recovering the instalments regularly from my pension account.Please let me know the bank is authorised to deduct the instalments from my pension account today daughter is married and staying with her husband.pl clarify thanking u
