We have already registered the adoption Chidambaram deed but not get the birth certificate. What is the future steps to get birth certificate of child as mentioned as adaptive father and mother name in child birth certificate.

To obtain a birth certificate for the adopted child with the adoptive parents' names, follow these steps:
1. Obtain the Adoption Deed & Court Order (if applicable)
Since you have already registered the adoption deed, ensure you have:
The registered adoption deed
Court order (if the adoption was legally processed through the court)
2. Visit the Local Municipal Authority
Go to the local Municipal Corporation / Panchayat / Birth & Death Registration Office where the child’s birth was originally registered.
3. Submit an Application for Birth Certificate Update
Obtain the Birth Certificate Correction/Update Form from the municipal office or download it from their official website.
Fill in the form with the adoptive parents' names.
4. Attach Required Documents
Submit the following:
1. Registered Adoption Deed (mandatory proof of adoption)
2. Court Order (if applicable)
3. Identity Proof of adoptive parents (Aadhar, Passport, etc.)
4. Old Birth Certificate (if available)
