Threatening by my brother's wife and in laws

My brother and her wife relations are not good, due to this my brother's wife parents threatening me and family for police case, but by God my brother and my family never talked her with rudely in my house but she is threatening me to involve my entire family in police case by blaming falsely. Kindly guide me how to protect myself from police and her family being a innocent. My fault is that we are living jointly in same house..please guide
