Sister in law filed domestic violence case against family what to do

Hi, My fiance and her family is stuck in 498a false case. My fiance's family lives in Bhavnagar but my fiance was studying in Surat during and after her brother's marriage. She never leaved with her sister-in-law but still her sis-in-law filed case against her entire family including her. I liv in Canada and I want to call my fiancé here as soon as possible. Some people says my fiancé can't get passport as she has 498a on her, is it right? If not, how to get her passport. How to remove her name from the case? Any help would be appreciate from heart. Filing of 498a against the family and your fiance by the wife may create a problem for obtaining passport and visa for Canada. What you can do is to either get the case dismissed from the court or get the FIR quashed from the Hon'ble High Court against the family and your fiance. They matter at the earliest can get over is through a settlement.
