Share in father's land threatening to expel me out how to get share

My father bought a land of 2700 sq feet on his and mine name with equal share, later he constructed building on it by taking home loan on his name. Am I eligible to get any share on this building. He is now threatening me to expel me out. how to get my share?
YOU MAY FILE A SUIT FOR PARTITION, SEPARATE POSSESSION, DECLARATION AND PERMANENT INJUNCTION, SEEKING A DECREE THAT YOU ARE ALSO OWNER IN POSSESSION OF SUIT PROPERTY, RESTRAINING HIMS FROM DISPOSSESS FROM IT UNLESS THE SAME IS DIVIDED BY METES AND BOUNDS

As the land is in the joint name of you and your father you are entitled to get the share in the property. File a partition suit in court and also get an injunction from court against your eviction. Although your father took loan for construction in his own name but the land still belongs to both of you.
