Second execution filed and wants to know the maintainability of case

A first execution case under section 125 (3) cr.p.c however it was not press, then a second execution on the same section was filed. Whether there was any ruling to show it was maintainable.
the first execution petition was withdrawn or dismissed, you need to clarify the same first. in case it was dismissed then the 2nd execution petition cannot be maintained as it is barred by resjudicata. and the same cannot be filed.
