Looking at your query, i find two sets of answer for you.
1. After the death of you husband, you are still unmarried and living widow life, under the Hindu Succession Act, yes you can claim a share from your ex-husband's property either the property is self acquired or inherited from his father.

2. After the death of husband, if you have got married, there no such law which gives you a right to claim from your ex-husband's property either it is self acquired or inherited from his father because the moment you get married to your second husband, you renounced every marital relations with your ex husband and his family therefore you don have anything related to your previous in laws family.
