Registraton of marriage only id proof of witnesses required

For registration of marriage in Navi Mumbai before SDM marriage been performed in Haryana only id proof of witnesses is sufficient or they should be present.
Is priest adhar card is sufficient or his certificate in plain paper that he performed marriage is required.
What is marriage affidavit form if card is not there?

You will get form from SDM office in that all requirements need to be mentioned and fulfil. Witness presence is necessary. Priest sign is required if needed in the form along with Adhar. The form itself is self guiding.
