How can i claim to get right on a man with whom i have physical relationship as we were about to get married but his family refuse to do so as we belong to different hindu caste...

If there was any kind of explicit promise to marry on the behalf of the Man, you can file a case for breach of promise to marry as It is a well settle law that breach of promise to marry is actionable and damages and compensation for such breach can be awarded. However, if there was no promise then you are not eligible to claim any damages. In this case the physical relationship will be construed as "consensual sex".
