06-Feb-2025 (In Family Law)
There was an order of 50 K from lower court, but respondents never came even after exparte. Me and my husband are in same house but they were ignoring. After orders they have appealed to the high court for stay order, what should I do?

You should contest the case in the HIgh Court. And state that they reside in the same house and are still ignoring the notice. This will be on record in the lower court order sheet and the same can be submitted to the High Court for its perusal.
