Query on my rights when some one hits my child

21-Nov-2024 (In Family Law)
Hi, I live in a joint family, my child is bit naughty and sometimes stubborn we try our best to keep him well behaved yet he is out of control sometimes, so my sister in law(wife of my brother in law) hits my child and says she did so as he misbehaved, like this even my neighbour did last night with my son on enquiring the reason she started abusing me.What are my legal rights in this case, please advice. I want them to stop this, its giving me and my kid mental trauma.
