Proving wife income in when court rejects application

HI, My spouse is working in Accenture but in her application of HMA 24 she denied that she is working. In response i sent application to court with order 11 rule 14 to summon her employer with her employments details but court reject on the basis of her affidavit. I presented few public documents of her employment , court is asking for documents like ITR, Form 26AS,Bank statements to know about her income, since she left me 1.5 years before and changed her company i do not have these documents so what can i do in this case, lawyer suggesting to apply in higher courts but for this i need to pay huge arrears amount although she is working and getting very decent salary but since i can not prove her earning i am not getting any relief, is there any way to get such documents or to convince lower court regarding summoning her employer and getting all her income details. i need her income proof to file perjury case on her to come with unclean hands and suppressing her details.
