If your father passed away intestate, i. e. without making a will, then his all heirs will have their rights in the property. And you will be able to get the property transferred in your name only on getting consent of all the heirs.

This means, your married sisters too will have right in the property, and without their consent you will not be able to get the property transferred in your name.
