The Muslim law gives the daughter half of the share of her male counterpart. If she will claim for her share she will get equal portion as her brothers gets. The child of son or daughter is not entitled to get any property right. In this query the unmarried daughter will get equal share as her brothers gets and children of the brother will not entitled to get any property he will get his father's property only.

if daughter claim share of her father's undivided property she will get equal share as her brothers gets. The children of son or daughter has no right over grandparents property during lifetime of father or mother so the children of the brother has no right over property. only the brother has the right over his father's property.
