Procedure to quash a CSR complaint

My wife registered a csr again me with false allegations under 498a etc. No chargesheet or fir is registered yet. I have attended the counselling at police station but didn't agree to wife's improper demands. Then police officer asked to write a statement that matter will be handled through court and we both did. Csr is still in enquiry under progress status. How shall I quash it? Please suggest

When the matter is under csr stage, obviously you can not go to court and seek for quash. It has to be registered as FIR in order to set the criminal proceedings on motion. Having said that you need to co operate with the enquiry and seek the assistance of a lawyer.
