Procedure to file the case for maintenance of child from husband

please help me how I can give complaint. My name is uma now my age is 31 I got married 2years back . before my marriage my mother in law and father in law told to my parents we have own apartment, car,flats etc . my son is working in Dubai and he is having 3 lakh per month salary. My parents they trust them I got married. After my marriage they told that apartment, car all are their daughter s property. But we all are staying in apartment. My husband he have 15 lakhs liability i am saying one example my mother in law taking 2 lakhs for removeing her teath. This is 100% true. I said to mother in law and my hubby don't take liability don't waste money they said you don't have rights to ask me if you want to close the liability go to the job, or take tusion or do brothal and close it. Now I am having 5 months baby. I am scard about my mother in law and my husband. What can I do now. I want that house for my baby. How to I file the case.
