Procedure to file counter in the court after judge closing the counter

Wife filed Dvc order execution petition in ordered court, I failed to file counter judge treated as no counter call on for enquiry to next vaida Can I file counter on next Vanda if so how please explain

yes you can file your counter, for this you need to consult your advocate there is a possibilities to filed a counter otherwise you will be in huge loss, so that you need to pray to court to file counter which will help you to get out of this.

Dear Sir,

Yes. You can file counter on the next date. Carry your counter along with you and request the court to take the counter on record and upon admitting the counter, the court will inquire both the parties and thereafter, the court will ask both the parties to argue the matter and thereafter basing on both parties' contentions and submissions, the court will pass its order.
