Maam, in the narrow conspectus of facts shared by you it appears that the only remedy available to your family under the law is to approach the Courts of competent jurisdiction for partition of the property, assuming the same is a joint family property.

Apke husband or aapki betiyon ka legal rights hai unke pitaji or dadaji ki property pe. Sb bachon me Barabar hissa hoga Aap section 14,15,16 , hindu succession act me apna case daal sakte hai. Ye apka hak hai, bedhakal karne pe bhi bacchon ka hissa milta hai , dada ki property se. Aap case dal k hissa mangen. 2005 k bad se sabhi ko, betiyon ko bhi barabar ka hak milta hai. Jaise unki bua ka wese unka.
