pahle aap mahila shikayat samiti k pas jake application di jiye uske bad wo log dono parties ko bula k bat sunenge agar wo log uske baad bhi nhi mane ya koi demand kiye to aap mahila shikayat kendr walo se lettet mangiye ki mujhe 498 ki case krni hai uske bad aap police me jake FIR lodge krwa sakti ho.agr aap direct police station gyi to wo FIR nhi lenge so first you have to move an application before mihila shikayat kendr

why ur in law behave like that..... when ur husband and his parent miss behave with u....????? u can filed complaint against them... if they had already filed complaint then u can filed counter complaint..... thanku..
