Under Welfare & Maintenance of Senior Citizen act 2007, the DC court has Ordered for cancellation of gift deed, which is transferred to children from parents---- Is any option that the children can appeal in high court, & if under which act
yes you can appeal against the orders of the District Court before the high court against he cancellation of gift deed. please note that the appeal is not barred by the limitation act and is filed before or on time. consult a lawyer with the district court orders
