Police has deleted sisters case from DV case

Sir mein 498 ka case file kiya usme police department ne accused ke sister ke names delete kar diye kya ( dvc) case mein bhi sister ke names delete ho gate kya. Sir judge puchte(asked) kya 498 ke case mein accused ke sister ke name kyo delete hogaye

498A के केस में पुलिस investigation के दौरान अक्सर पति के अलावा बाकी फॅमिली members का नाम delete कर देती है यदि कोई गंभीर आरोप नहीं है, आपके केस में चूँकि sister का नाम डिलीट किया गया है तो कोई बात नहीं आप गवाही के समय दुबारा नाम डलवा सकती हैं उसके लिए 319 की application लगेगी, हालाँकि कोर्ट तभी सम्मन करेगी जब कोर्ट उचित समझे,
