Perjury Against wife for false maintainence

My daughter law assaulted my son and forced him to end his life. She has been chargesheeted by Police for the same and the case is pursued in court Now to harass us and force us into a settlement she has filed maintainence case against me. She has stated false facts claiming ownership of the property owned by me. Also she is earning a handsome sum by working out of India. Can we file a perjury case against her for stating false facts in affidavit.
