Pension account to be give GPA possible or not

My uncle's bank account has been operating for his second daughter because he believes her for his family's maintenance for the last 10 years.It is his pension bank account.
The remaining two daughters are fighting with him and her for taking control of it . Is it possible to give legal notice?
Yes, your uncle can issue a legal notice to the other two daughters to restrain them from interfering with his pension bank account and personal decisions. As the account belongs to him, he has full legal rights to operate it or authorize anyone of his choice. If harassment continues, he may also file a police complaint or seek an injunction from a civil court.
