Parent wish to transfer their property to me which is best way

Dear Sir/ Mam My dad has two house. 1 house on my father name and second on my mother name. my father has total three sons with me and two girls. One son and two girls are my father’s first wife children. My father and mother stay with us from 15 years. Other brothers stay separate. Now my mom and dad want to transfer this property to me. So please guide us. Is it possible to transfer through will but in future if they challenge in court after death of my mom and dad? Is it possible to transfer through gist or sale deed? Kindly guide us.
