Need to know the property details for family

Hi sir, I married a widowed woman. She is 29 years old and has one girl child. Her husband died 2 years ago. She is asking for some money but husband mother not given and husband mother ask a signature for bond . There are no ask any property and assets and money that husband mother. But my wife asking the small amount only for the child . what to do sir please clear me?

It depends whether the husband left a will and according to hindu succession act wife may end up full inheritance but also If the husband did not leave a will, the property is distributed according to the personal laws applicable to him, you can contact me for any further information.
