Need clarification about settlement of family issues ?

Hai Sir, I am Afnan (Muslim) working as Supervisor in Dubai I married a Muslim girl on 2014 in Tamil nadu by paying Maher to the girl in Islamic way and we didn’t get the dowry from the girl. We have 10 Months old son, due to lot of problems from her father we decided to separated and now a day he is blackmailing me that I have to pay 25 lacs to him to settle his daughter or a share of property from us, actually I don’t have any property our house and other land belongs to my father (he bought during my school days) or his demand is I have to pay 60,000 per month which is 70% of my current salary. Also he is not allowing me or any of my family members to see my son. Could you please suggest me is it the law says like that.? where I have to go for justice and I kw upto certain age I cant get my son, but after that age my baby belongs to me or my wife and her father..? and the legal way to divorce her..?
Where is your wife & son now? Why is your father-in-law blackmailing you? There is no possibility for your father-in-law to blackmail you. you need not settle any property to your wife. You need not give Rs.70,000/- per month to your wife. Also as per Muslim Law, you can ask for the custody of your son even now. Your son belongs to you. You need not worry about this case. Your wife will have to file a case to get monthly maintenance for her & the child. Only a Court can pass any orders. You dont have to do what your father-in-law is blackmailing you.
