You have been facing an extremely painful and unjust situation for a long time. After the birth of your son, your husband walked away from his responsibilities—not just as a husband, but as a father too. He chose to be with another woman, started a new life with her, and completely ignored your existence, leaving you to bear the emotional and financial burden alone. For the past four years, this abandonment has been ongoing, with occasional comebacks filled with false promises and blame-shifting. He has conveniently avoided any real accountability, making excuses like being scolded by your mother, while continuing his relationship with the other woman. Now, despite having no contact, no support, and no care shown towards you or your child, he has the audacity to demand a share in assets. This isn’t just neglect—it’s emotional cruelty. You’ve carried the weight of this broken relationship, raised your son alone, and stayed silent through it all. But there comes a time when silence must give way to strength. It is important now to take a step forward. Please meet an advocate at the earliest. Share every detail with them honestly—they will guide you legally and help you understand what you can do to safeguard your future and your son’s well-being.
