Need advice on the below matter

16-Dec-2024 (In Family Law)
I am writing on behalf of my nephew, who has been married for three years. Before their marriage, his wife underwent surgery on her uterus, but this was not disclosed to us at the time. Unfortunately, she is now unable to conceive. Despite seeking various treatments, which have not been successful, we are now requesting her parents to take responsibility for her further medical treatment. However, they are refusing to cooperate. What case can be filed against them? Please advise.

No case can be made out against your nephew's in-laws legally. It is the sole responsibility of your nephew to take proper care of his wife. He is duty bound to bear all the incidental medical expenses.
