My parents want to adopt my beloved legally

My lover n.her age is 18 she not like to stay in her house ..can my parents adoubt her ..is there any legal issues and before adoption.. I need to get her permission or her parents permission..
Before discussing adoption, let's discuss the relationship. Assuming your parents adopt your beloved, she becomes your sister legally though not biologically. How then can you think of having any other relationship with her in future?

Your parents can never adopt her legally or otherwise. Hence your question itself is wrong. First of all your parents are not issue less. More over assuming if they adopt your lover, she will become your sister. Obviously you can't marry your own sister.
