My mother giving threats to throw me out how can I protect myself

my mother is not well mentally.she has agression problem.i am unmarried.we r only two in the house.sometimes she says she may throw me out of my house.what is my legal security.
If it is your ancestral property then she cannot throw you out of the property and if the property belongs to your father and on her name then you can file a suit for PPI and write in the suit that you are unmarried and have no other place to live, since this property belongs to your father you can seek directions from the court to restrain you mother to throw you out the house.
