My husband was already married before marrying me

I married my boyfriend with whom I was in relationship from nine years on the next day of my marriage I came to know that he was already married, when I filed a complaint against him for 420 he said that I black mailed him to marry him n he will also file a case against him, please advice

if your complained of 420 registered in police station then he will not do nothing. if you not given any complaint till date then you file a case of 376 not 420. case 376 is more effective then 420 case.

assuming that you belong to a religion, who is governed by Hindu Laws. If yes, then your marriage is a void marriage in the eyes of law as a Hindu cannot marry second time during the life time of his wife. You can file case against him under section 494 IPC.
