Aapke pati ka aisa vyavhaar kanooni roop se galat hai. Aap apne aur apni 4 saal ki beti ke liye maintenance (gujara bhatta) aur residence rights ke liye Family Court me case file kar sakti hain. Aap Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 ke tahat bhi complaint file kar sakti hain, jisme interim maintenance aur ghar me rehne ka adhikar milta hai. Aapke paas agar paisa nahi hai toh District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) ke madhyam se muft kanooni madad mil sakti hai. Turant kanooni action lena zaroori hai. Court aapko aur bachchi ko raksha aur sahayata dono dega.
