Sir, as per your query i would like to tell you that you have attained the age where you are considered as an adult and can take your own decisions which can't be questioned in front of Law. Coming on to the part, leaving your parents house can be possible and also they have some rights to question you but there are certain ways by which you can keep your parents away from troubling you legally.
Regards

Don't worry about that, you can move out from your parents as they already debarred you from themselves legally and you are major and you are no longer dependent on them in any manner. so you can easily move in with your partner legally.
