Mother in law making misuse of the senior citizen act

I am 34 years old woman living with husband daughter and mother in law. Mother in law is making misuse of the senior citizen rights to remove me out of the house. She claims that it is risky for her to stay with me and i may do anything that can result into her death. being a senior citizen she is telling the police to remove me out of house. Also last week she called 100 and called police but they refused to write down any complaint against me.
pls advice.( we are hindu)
